I lead and support medium to large initiatives for the credit card portfolio group.  This includes managing all ECMS protocols and mandates, bank’s internal A2 policy for audit, adherence and professional ethics.  I lead work streams from technical to functional to operational groups, project resourcing, forecasting and end to end execution.

GCCIBT

Lotus Notes Conversion Tool Design: This effort focused on automated, auditable processes to convert existing mail files, upgrade to the latest mail file format, user migration to the new infrastructure and UI deployment to the user desktop. This was achieved with a team of UNIX and Lotus Notes architects to: scan user equipment and desktops for pc inventories, establishing acceptable limits for deployment, reporting failures for remediation and an audit trail for later trouble shooting and analysis.

*       Lotus Notes automated deployment process:  I led the effort to design a deployment mechanism to convert and/or deploy to 45,000 users across multiple environments.  Best practices and system baseline creation, service level agreements based on qualified business drivers.   Led training effort for Enterprise Help Desk: conversion troubleshooting, and end user support
*       Reduced overall resource costs by $200,000 by utilizing existing resources and help desk conversion training.
