- As part of the User Experience process improvement provided engineering research and analysis for Originating Agency Identifier (ORI) team to identify issues and provide potential solutions pertaining to N-DEx.
- Restructured and led the Help Desk team to ensure customer response and fault resolutions met published Service Level Agreement (SLA); developed metrics and trend analysis using Microsoft Excel and Clear Case incident database to identify and address common issues.
