Pesticides had full range of generic molecules. Seed segments included all type hybrid grain seeds, vegetable seeds, and OP seeds. Specialty nutrients comprised of water soluble fertilizers.    
v  Expansion and improvement in existing distribution network. Added new distributors and dealers in the network.   
v  Expanded business to new horizons by striking industrial sales in sugar mills, pest control operators & other bulk purchasers.
v  Launched schemes for individual brands and sales promotion at farmer level.  Schemes comprised of product basket wherein creeping products were included along with run-away products.
v  Conducted Trade meets comprising over 1000 participants. Trade meets involved both dealers and distributors; entire script of program was written and supervised.
v  Successfully conducted business seminar involving foreign delegates; published in daily news papers.
v  Penned & planned mass campaign for entire season for 2 high stake brands. The plan was appreciated and executed at farmer level.
