Ø  Induction & complete Joining Formalities. 
Ø  Maintain awareness and knowledge of latest HR development theory and methods and provide suitable interpretation to senior management, managers and staff within the organization.
Ø    Ability of handling EMPLOYEE GRIEVANCES.  Ability to deal with external agencies, human relations, industrial relations, labor laws 
Ø  To design proactive retention strategies, ensure attrition for top talent is at the minimum. 
Ø  Develop and Maintain healthy relation with Govt. and Non Govt. Organizations for better and fast functioning of organization.
Ø  To develop best practices approach for minimizing employee turnover at all locations. 
Ø  Preparing MIS reports & ensuring timely send to H.O. 
Ø  Welfare activities like, Accommodation (guest house, Rental Houses etc), the basic amenities like Food, water and shelter are arranged and coordinated.

Ø  Audit and authenticate all documents related to legal, salary statements and distribution, policies etc.

Ø  Worked as a Sr. Executive (HR) in a Power Plant Project (2X150 MW & 2X350MW) under POWER MECH PROJECTS LTD, for RELIANCE INDUSTRIES Ltd.Sahajanpur, Rosa, Uttar Pradesh as our client, from 18.06.2010 to 31.01.2012.

Ø   Worked as an Executive (HR) in an Independent Power Project (4X600 MW) under POWER MECH PROJECTS LTD, for SEPCOIII (Shandong Electric Power Construction Co., China No.3) EPC contractor and STERLITE ENERGY LIMITED (VEDANTA), JHARSUGUDA, ORISSA as our client, from 07/05/2007 to 15.06.2010.
