I was responsible for overseeing as many as twelve of our clients campaign projects to ensure successful development of our people and achievement of client goals by understanding their solution at user levels as well as how we could integrate into existing platforms and solutions. I managed as many as 60 employees and helped contribute sales strategies to grow and maintain our customer base. I delivered on-going Solution Selling training methodology for our employees and partners. Assisted in developing and delivering comp plans, new hire sales training, best business practices and Fortune 1000 through small market penetration strategies. I worked and reported daily to our senior management on financial, legal and strategic decisions. I worked with our developers to help build our internal CRM tool by providing strategic business insight into the flow and goals of the CRM program for our employees and clients.

I was responsible to manage and grow a team of 20 Channel Account Executives. Developed training programs, authored incentive promotions and ensured progress occurred in each territory. Priority during site closing was to develop manual for my CAE replacements and conduct the training in the field offices.
I worked in conjunction with an outside sales force to ensure prosperous and profitable relationships with Cabletron’s channel partners. Our program increased Cabletron channel partners by 75% and our teams regularly achieved 110% of quota. I trained 30 channel partners on networking products that include routers, switches, wireless, VPN, firewalls and load balancers. Completed joint sales calls with channel partners to help the VAR’s participate on State, Local and Federal Contracts

Series 6 Registered Representative -Responsible to promote and sell retirement and health plans to local businesses. Strategic planning to penetrate company advised target markets. Additionally, I developed and utilized a new business development plan to solicit new business. Series 6 and Series 63 certifications attained.
