·         Preparation & Filing of Annual Returns, Annual Reports and various statutory forms from time to time with Registrar of Companies.
·         Custodian for the regulatory records and responsible for disseminating queries/ information as received from the regulators to the concerned functions/ stakeholders.

·         Engaged in Equity Infusion for one the group entities and managing the compliances as per the various applicable Acts.
·         Coordinated Secretarial Audit for two group entities which required furnishing of statutory records, settling Auditors’ queries, coordinating with teams for assistance to the Auditors.
