troubleshooting on MS Project Professional 2010 as it relates to integration
with MS Project Server 2010, which involves assisting users with clearing the
project cache, checking in their projects properly, and restoring projects to
the server that were damaged.

Managing the user accounts on
the MS Project Server 2010 and assign permissions as requested by the PM, and
system administration of MS Sharepoint 2010 and MS Project Server 2010 for 500+
users.

Engineered and developed a
custom license management solution Microsoft Project Server 2010 users using
ASP.Net, ODBC Database connection s and HTML technologies.

Managed the USCG instance of
Remedy and the Windows 2003 servers it resided on.

Engineered, designed and
developed the Employee Lifecycle Application to aide in the ticketing and
notification of employees arriving, transferring teams, or departing the OSC.
Requirements were gathered, workflow was designed and implemented, and software
was programmed to be accessible via a web interface. This enabled multiple
tickets to be generated in Remedy from one easy to use custom interface saving
each user approximately 10 minutes of time each occurrence of submitting a
lifecycle ticket..

Engineered, designed and
developed the Visitor Notification Application to aide in the ticketing and
notification of visitors arriving or departing the OSC. Requirements were
gathered, workflow was designed and implemented, and software was programmed to
be accessible via a web interface. This enabled multiple tickets to be
generated in Remedy from one easy to use custom interface.

Evaluated, Designed and
Engineered inputs for Customer Satisfaction survey based on a desired set of
criteria. This survey was sent to the customer to be completed upon completion
of work on their submitted request. They could then enter the results into a
web form which was then input to a Customer Satisfaction Database. I was instrumental
in designing, engineering, gathering requirements and building all triggers in
Remedy and all the necessary controls for the web interactions all the way
through the process.

Used the Adobe Flex
ActionScript Language and XML data feeds as well as HTTP web services to push
data into the Remedy system using a custom email script.

As the USCG Webmaster, I
administered the web servers, the content authors of which there were about
500, and instructed the content authors on the use of the Section 508
initiatives to make the USCG Website useable for all users. I was part of the
Duty analyst rotation to insure that the web servers where up and operational
for at least a 99% uptime requirement.

Developed the USCG Homepage at
the time and attempted to reduce the load time from almost 5 seconds to less
than 1 second. Additionally I was the content manager for the root site
directory.
·
Original Developer of the
Personnel Locator and Sysinfo database driven web applications using ASP and
SQL Server. These applications are both
still in use today almost 11 years later.
·
Was a part of the team that
stood up OSC’s initial instance of the MS Sharepoint Portal Server 2001.
Additionally I established the Disaster Recovery Process for the same. This effort took a bit of coordination in
order to be able to back up the server locally and then ship the backup file
(which was about 1.8 GB) over a limited connection.
