A). Worked with KARVY COMPUTERSHARE PVT LTD (International BPO Division) as a SENIOR ASSOCIATE

from 09th SEP 2013 to 11th Dec 2015 for AUSTRALIAN region in SHARE Registry business handling below key
responsibilities.

Ø  Checking of Shareholders NAME &ADDRESS details and Payment Instructions of different Accounts amended by associates.Providing ANNUAL Reports & Half yearly reports through email / post to shareholders.
Ø  Acting as a back-up for the team in checking quality of transactions.
Ø  Handling Deceased Estate of shareholder of different companies registered with COMPUTERSHARE.

B). Worked as a Process Developer in GENPACT for UNIVERSAL PICTURES INTERNATIONAL (UPI) in Account
Receivables Process and WELLS FARGO BFSI process from 31st Mar 2008 to 05th Oct 2012.

Key Responsibilities:

Ø  Raising of Invoices for the Box office returns of films played by UPI in UK & Ireland.
Ø  Printing of Invoices and sending to exhibitors through e-mail.
Ø  Handling of Cash Allocation for payments received through Banking Automated Clearing system and Scan
Cheque’ssend by the exhibitor.
Ø  Preparing of Account Statements of the UPI Exhibitors every start of the month.
Ø  Advising of Letter of Credit for WELLS FARGO customers according to the UCP – 600 through SWIFT to different

Banks located globally.

Ø  Handling amendments of letter of credit by the help of branch and clients instructions.
Ø  Preparation of daily tracers of transactions, which are pending reply’s from other banks through SWIFT.
Ø  Acting as a back – up in the team and knowledge sharing in transaction related matters of LC’s.

C). Worked as a Process Associate for Asia Trade Process in BA Continuum Solutions Private Limited (A fully owned
Subsidiary of Bank of America U.S.A), Hyderabad, India from 03rd Nov 2005 to 07th Nov 2007.

Key Responsibilities:

Ø  Issuance of Letter of Credits, Amendments, Guarantees and Import Payments.
Ø  Checking of Letter of credit documents and scrutiny all the terms and conditions of Letter of credit with the compliance of UCP - 600.
Ø  Active involvement in clearing items related to Issuing, Import Payments and Guarantees by end of the day.
Ø  Acting as a backup for the team in checking the quality of transactions.
Ø  Developed process improvements in the area of operation that helps in reduction of error / increase in speed
and accuracy etc.
Ø  Taking active participation in organization initiatives and sticking to company’s rules and regulation.
Ø  Underwent a training programmed on SIX SIGMA BASICS.

D). Worked as “Administrative Executive” at M/S. ANATEK SERVICES PVT LTD, Hyderabad. For a period of
 21 months from July 2001 to April 2003.
