#Presently working  with Superfine Knitters Limited. Ludhiana (A manufacturing company of Garments & Fabrics) as Accounts Head. Handling  Income Taxmatters, sales tax matters along with VAT returns, Company Law matters and all commercial activities..

#Worked with Nihal Health care, Baddi (A Pharmaceutical Company) as Head of Accounts.

#Worked with Anand Concast Limited, Ludhiana )A Export House)  handling Taxation matters such as TDS, Advance Tax and  other relevant returns, Balance Sheet of all the Directors and their family members along with Income Tax and Wealth Tax Returns, also preparing Sales Tax ( V A T) Returns.

#Worked with Thapar Ispat Limited. (A manufacturing company of repute having Annual Turnover of Approx. 70 Crores) as Secretarial officer from Jan 2002  to  June  2004. handling Company law matters, Transfer of Shares and other relevant work relating to the listed Company with various Stock Exchanges. Also handling Taxation matters such as tax Deducted at Sources. Finalization of Returns of TDS as well as company Income Tax Returns.

#Worked as Taxation Incharge with Eastman Impex, Ludhiana (A Export House of repute having Annual Turnover of 100 Crores approx.) from 1994 to Dec 2001). Looked after their Income Tax  matters. Handling their TDS matters, preparation and finalization of various TDS returns and time to time follow up Income Tax Cases with Income Tax Department. Also handled their Secretarial Deptt. Board  Meetings and other formalities relating to Company law such as Preparation and finalization of Annual Return, Submission of various forms to the Registrar of Companies were undertaken by me.
#Worked with Vinayaka Synthetics Ltd. (A Unit of Siyaram’s Suiting Shirting), Jaipur during 1985 in their Sales Department where I had the opportunity to visit whole of Rajasthan, meeting new people and exchanging my view with them.
