Working in VEDANTA(Under STEAG Energy services India pvt ltd) 4/03/2011 to till date as a DESK ENGINEER(CONTROL ROOM OPERATION) looking after BOILER,TURBINE & Auxiliary equipment operation.

Ø Boiler type –  Harbin Boiler-HG2060/17.5-YM9.
Ø Turbine type-Dong Fang make turbine N600-16.7/538/538-1.
Ø Current designation: Engineer.
Ø  Keys Responsibility & Major activities:
ü  Safe start up and shut down of unit by operating from DCS panel.
ü  Familiar with Turbine and Boiler DCS Operation like Unit light up,Shut down,Rolling,loading of turbine and Generator,Emergency handling etc.
ü  Smooth startup & operation of turbine,boiler and its auxiliaries.
ü  Continuously monitoring vital parameters of turbine,boiler and its auxiliary equipments.
ü  Efficient emergency handling(Black out, Unit trip, major equipment failure etc)
ü  Trip analysis & major fault finding like vacuum low ,load & behavior changes of turbine 
   Auxiliaries.
ü  Raising defect through SI and following up maintenance job.
ü    Isolation of equipment for maintenance for human as well as equipment safety.
ü  Maintaining seal oil and H2 pr. For stator cooling system.
ü  Turbine Rolling according to different start up mode.
ü  Maintaining RH spray as minimum as possible and also maintaining tube metal Temperature.
ü  Involved in Safe shutdown of Boiler and Turbine.

OPERATION AND COMMISSIONING AND LIGHT UP OF HPPPL,ANUPPUR.

 Working at Hindustan power plant (2*600 MW)  Under Steag Energy Services India PVT LTD. for commissioning activity and light up for COD from 16/07/2015 to till date.

EXPERIENCE IN ADANI POWER LIMITED MUNDRA 5*660 MW.

 Working in Adani power limited Mundra as a DCS  operation Engineer. from  25/10/2010 to 1/02/2011.
ü  Working as a DCS Engineer and Controlling process parameters.
ü  Operational work during emergency condition.
ü  Equipment Isolations and Normalization for Permit to Work .
ü  Emergency equipment trial run as per weekly schedule.
ü  Equipment change over operation as per Schedule.
ü  Plant Emergency handling like BLACKOUT.

EXPERIENCE OF 2 YEAR IN( 9*135) MW THERMAL POWER PLANT OPERATION IN VEDANTA ALUMINIUM LTD UNDER KORIAN PLANT SERVICES .

Ø Operation of turbine & its auxiliary like BFP, CEP e.c.t.
ØChecking healthiness of equipments.
Ø Local isolation & Normalisation of equipments.

 Ø Post diploma course                     
Completed Post Diploma Course (PDC), Thermal Power Plant Engineering from National Power Training Institute (NPTI), BADARPUR with Overall Percentage of 67% .
Ø  B.TECH IN EEE -:
Completed  B.Tech  in EEE branch From BPUT University with overall CGPA-6.7.
Ø  Diploma -:                                              
Completed Diploma, Electrical with Overall 65% from Nilanchal polytechnic, Bhubaneswar affiliated to S.C.T.E. &V.T, ORISSA .
Ø  Pre-Graduation -:
        HSC From Govt.Boys High School Unit-1,Under B.S.E ORISSA with an average mark
 60%.

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
Ø  1 year power plant Training on 210 MW TPS simulator in NPTI Badarpur.
