PROJECT DETAILS:  

1) Design and Development of special purpose duct leak testing machine (Home production):

                        The project entitle as above is an automation plus mechanical project. The machine has been designed to check the leakage in the ducts installed in the field with the help of PLC. The instrument is also capable of generating the report on its own. This was the first attempt to make the test machine fully automatic.

2) Design and Development of Hot Water Generator (Home production):

                     Project entitled above is nothing but the design of Hot water generator, which will provide hot water in manifold of AHU or any other process. (HVAC / Process Application).

3) Commissioning of DDC (Direct Digital Controller) Panel:

                        Commissioning of DDC Panel is done for running the AHU systems (Air handling units) automatically based on provided set point at pharmaceutical industry in Sinner as well as Capacitor Manufacturer industry in Nashik.
