EMPLOYMENT HISTORY:

PUBLIC SERVICE PENSIONS FUND BOARD – PSPF is a funded benefit scheme created by CAP 260 of the laws of Zambia, Act number 35 of 1996.The PSPF provides pension benefits to retired public servants and survivors of the deceased estates. Apart from administering pension benefits, other core functions of PSPF are to administer the Home Ownership Scheme for members and to engage in lucrative business practices that are in the best interest of members.

-          To assist the Head of section in making payments of approved loans.
-          To manage customer accounts.
-          To maintain customer databases.
-          To handle and resolve customer complaints.
-          To deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
-          To perform customer verifications.
-          To ensure that the procedures for loan approval and disbursements of loans are adhered to.
-          To produce reports of applications, rejections and disbursements on a daily basis.

Achievements
