SUMMARY: Secretarial Support: Processing of President’s appointment, minutes for the meetings, drafting and dispatching the entire President’s correspondence. Processing of Screening messages, telephone calls, maintaining comprehensive filing system and also coordinated with travel in conjunction with travel desk. President’s official expenditures and claims in coordination with other departments. All Leaves, on duty, on Tour approvals processing in ERP for the employees of Peptide Division. Preparing Presentations organizational charts and PPT’s which I have prepared for Drug Manufacturing under GMP for the ISPE student program held on 9-Nov-12, PPT was also presented by the competitor (Dr. Reddy’s), where the PPT which was presented by Auro Peptides received award.

Finance: Purchase Requisition Approvals, ERP-R-12: Raising Move Orders, ERP-R-12: Raising Purchase Requisitions, ERP-R-12: Raising stationery Requisitions, MRR’s (Material Received Receipt).  Work flow in ERP. For all Purchase Requisitions & Material Received Receipt (MRR) maintaining the entire database in hard and soft copies. External Auditors Auditing for fixed assets.  Work flow in ERP.
