SUMMARY: Secretarial Support: Processing of President’s
appointment, minutes for the meetings, drafting and dispatching the entire
President’s correspondence. Processing of Screening messages, telephone calls,
maintaining comprehensive filing system and also coordinated with travel in
conjunction with travel desk. President’s official expenditures and claims in
coordination with other departments. All Leaves, on duty, on Tour approvals
processing in ERP for the employees of Peptide Division. Preparing
