ü UAE Labour & Immigration Typing /
Processing.
ü Arrange visa (work permit, husband
sponsored visa, visit visa etc.) for expatriates and their
family. Responding to staff queries on Visa / Labour / Passport
related matters.
ü Prepare
Documents for Schengen Visa and other European visas and fill online forms,
schedule, and appointments.
ü Schedule staff’s
visa, medical, coordinating with other internal and external departments.
ü Ensure all

ü Transcribes correspondence from dictation,
also opens, sorts and screens mail.

various request forms for office supplies and equipment as directed.
ü Experience in Reviewing and Finalizing all
departmental publications related to departmental audit reports, synopsis,
dissertations, projects.
