ΓΌ Assist all workshops, conferences,
seminars, meetings pertaining to department.

Compile
and Monitor all in-house data and its correspondence
ΓΌ Maintains records through filing,
retrieval, retention, compilation, updating and destruction.
ΓΌ Prepare manuscripts, grant proposals,
statistical reports, tables, and charts using knowledge of scientific,
medical, literary, or other technical terms.
ΓΌ Uses various software applications, such
as spreadsheets, relational databases, statistical packages, and graphics
packages to assemble, manipulate and/or format data and/or reports.
ΓΌ Transcribes correspondence from dictation,
also opens, sorts and screens mail.
ΓΌ
Completes
various request forms for office supplies and equipment as directed.
ΓΌ Experience in Reviewing and Finalizing all
departmental publications related to departmental audit reports, synopsis,
dissertations, projects.

Maintained of all IT equipments like PC’s, Laptops, Multimedia Projectors.
