client. Initial screening of the candidate with available data.
- Coordinating with the
candidates and the companies for scheduling the interview.
- Handling all functions of
Recruitment from screening, facilitating technical Interviews, negotiating
salaries and follow up till the candidate actually joined the company.
- Preparing Daily, Monthly activity reports and also Tracker sheet of Profiles, Assignment Sheets.
