Job Responsibilities

Provide post-sales technical services and support to sales teams and
customer
·
Lead an engineering team to support electronic products and ad hoc
projects
·
Overseas daily operations of the engineering section to ensure all the
service standards be met or surpassed
·
Review and monitor the performance of 3rd party service providers;
·
Prepare support documents and organize training to internal parties;
·
Prepare analytical reports for product evaluation and performance;
·
Liaise with HQ for product quality and technical issues;
·
Review of technical materials and bulletins.
