Title: Format Converter

Description: The
bio-sequence are in four types. They are GENEBANK, FASTA, EMBL, and PHYLIP.
Format converter is used to convert the sequence into another type of sequence
which we required format. In this format convention we can also group the sequence
into the size of ten, five or three. For the convention and grouping of the
sequence we have done on the Perl platform. We have done the form design in the
CGI Perl. To run the script we have used Apache server.

: The conformational parameters for
each amino acid were calculated by considering the relative frequency of a
given amino acid within a protein, its occurrence
in a given type of secondary structure, and the fraction of residues occurring in that type of
structure. These parameters are measures of a given amino acid's preference to
be found in helix, sheet or coil.

Description : Research & Simulation Project
Adaptive filters, as the name
indicates that the filters adapts for particular conditions and attenuates the
rest of the unwanted signals being present in the information. There are two
kind of adaptation technique depending on whether the reference signals known
or unknown. In this project I have simulated a system for “Noise Cancellation
in Speech Signal” using a known reference noise signal by using the LMS
algorithm and in the later part I have simulated a system for “Reduction of
Multipath Interference in Wireless Communication” by using the Sato algorithm.
The result obtained is satisfactory. The whole process has been carried out
with the help of MATLAB package.
