The AHOLD project consists of 3 clusters.

am working on MMF cluster. It includes sub module like
Ø NASA (new
assortment structure of Albert Heijn)
-- with which the data of total AH-assortment are maintained. It concerns the
data concerning Article, prices, suppliers, logistical structure and actions.
Ø
WASA
is designed to
make adjustments on NASA data. A separate Case is generated to enter data
(e.g. article). After successful approval of cases, NASA is updated
periodically. We can also remove data from NASA through WASA.WASA is
separated from NASA for validations and some security reasons.
Ø
ASAP: ASAP is Action Sheet Action
Programmer. ASAP is not a separate application. The data is entered into
ASAP, 10 weeks before the action starts.
ASAP
have 3 levels for entering data.
i.
Category
Manager - Category Manager is mainly responsible for data entry into ASAP.
ii.
Action
Coordinator-Action Coordinator is responsible for the promotion article data.
iii.
Data
Entry-Data entry department collects data from ASAP into excel sheets and
enters data in NASA manually.
BMIN
stands for Beheer
Merchandising Intelligence that means Maintenance, Merchandising and Tuning.
It is an application that is mainly concerned with the replenishments of the
articles in the store.
C&P is a module that is used for
promotional purposes by Albert Heijn.C&P consists of various different
promotion types ::

MIME is an application used for

capture all personal and professional details of expert persons. A Student
Profile form is used to capture the profile of the Students. A
College-Profile form is used to capture the profiles of various Colleges,
wherein the Corporate Marketing executives can organize events to promote the
products and services of IIBF. A University-Profile form is used to capture
the profiles of various Universities, wherein the Corporate Marketing
executives can organize events to promote the products and services of IIBF.
A Professor Profile form to capture the details of the Professors who can
assist in the promotion of the marketing activities.
The Corporate Planning Department liaises
with external agencies to effectively market Services and the brand of IIB.
Such interactions pertain to two sets of activities;
events such as exhibitions, road shows,
trade fairs, seminars, workshops, symposiums, conferences and campaigns like
print advertisements, press briefings etc.
In addition, the Corporate Planning Department
needs to collate a database of various agencies for such events and maintain
an Event Calendar. It also needs to maintain event wise tariff sheets of the
agencies.
