Description : This system is used for
employee payments lab our wages and also to maintain the employee and staff
attendance. The system records all the employee and lab our details, Here the
employee are divided into two categories, office staff and factory employees.
This application is used to calculate employee salaries and also lab our
wages.
The
system maintains the employee attendance, the payment is given to employee
based on his attendance and each employee salary is individually calculated
account his attendance. Labor wages is given after comparing the daily
earnings and deduction, for labor and a daily report is submitted.
Computerization
of the system has helped in improvement of the storage and manipulation of
data efficiently.
This
software also produces the summary report of the salary calculation.

Description : This project is mainly done, to find out
the stress level of an employee, and it provides an attempt to monitor the
changes that causes stress I n the organization and suggested a way to remove
stress among the employees in the organization. Further this project will
assist in determining the coverage of this concept such as to co-operate
people and to get people through mutually related interest to reduce the
stress. The project helps to find out the various factors the causes stress
to the employee namely, organizational, family and personal factors and to
find out method to cope with stress.
