I have about 15 years of post-qualification exposure at junior and mid level executive and equal years dedicated as HR practitioner at senior level.
I have worked with leading Organizations in India and have handled HR, ER and Administrative Issues of different dimensions & complexities at different times in different locations. My exposures over the years spanned across best Practices and establishing Legalities of HR Profession.
Admittedly there is an ER bias discernible in my experience profile owing to the fact that a substantial time of the career was spent primarily in Plants with various restrictive practices and politicised and / or unionised environment. As a Lead for the HR team I have formulated
strategies, articulated business requirements and need of the hours by defining
roles and architected an effective and time bound delivery framework. Both
Conventional and in a systems driven & structured HR environment remains my
forte. Performance in this area and settlement with the people system has been
my KRA especially during my days till Gurgaon, Haryana location.
While in Haridwar, Uttarakhand- As a
follow on to my Talent Acquisition / Management and Sourcing accountabilities,
Relocation and Resettlement of the workforce was an equally imperative task
that I had to all along undertake in a comprehensive manner. In all fairness it
would be pertinent to confess that, while the severity of challenge indeed lay
in ensuring the flow of quality manpower to the various "Lines of business
and Technology" on time. During this time my work area entailed
independent charge. I was also the custodian of corporate HR policies and the
