I have about 15 years of post-qualification exposure at junior and mid level executive and equal years dedicated as HR practitioner at senior level.
I have worked with leading Organizations in India and have handled HR, ER and Administrative Issues of different dimensions & complexities at different times in different locations. My exposures over the years spanned across best Practices and establishing Legalities of HR Profession.
Admittedly there is an ER bias discernible in my experience profile owing to the fact that a substantial time of the career was spent primarily in Plants with various restrictive practices and politicised and / or unionised environment. My functioning primarily revolved around to end up such restrictive practices and to ensure congenial productive environment.
My intent is to engage in an assignment that demands expertise in Resourcing, Retention, Deployments, Administration and Resettlement. I have also been an HR Manager and administrative and liaison head and I consider these dimensions in my profile as paradigm shifts that also leverages my skills in People Orientation and Team Management.
Mine is a profile with both a HR Manager and a successful in-house ER Specialist. Further to add that my mainstream skills remain in Resource Management deployment and Relocation of skilled manpower for green field project areas.
Given the above exposure, it is my honest perception supported by my track record earlier, that I can be a motivating team man with effective coordination skills. I do have substantial diversified resource deployment experiences with more than adequate service orientation. I am precise, methodical and meticulous in my approach to my tasks.
