Dear HR Manager, 
 I am Sakshi Agarwal, writing this letter after seeing your job advertisement in leading job portals regarding job opportunities in media organizations in the field of Media Marketing & Business Development. I have 2 years of experience in the same field, both in India and UK and I am currently put up in Guindy, Chennai. I am open for immediate openings and to relocate in any part of the country as I have already worked in Mumbai earlier. Below is a summary of my work experience.
I recently (February 2013) completed my Masters in Media and Creative Enterprise at Birmingham City University, UK with Commendation (First class). I have gained experience through this Masters course both technically and academically. This course focused on being entrepreneurial and practice based learning by doing projects with real time clients.
My most recent job was International Marketing Assistant in Birmingham City University (BCU). I worked on a contract basis (June-September 2012) with the International marketing team in creating innovative ideas to market BCU to international audience. I also wrote creative content for e-mail marketing. India being my area of expertise in marketing, I travelled to India visiting 6 cities doing business deals with clients, agents and MoU universities.
Previously, I completed a placement as Marketing Strategist in NTI, Birmingham. I created strategies for marketing a Future Media course in India, Canada and Singapore.  My strategies were implemented to market and the platform I had created along with the contacts build to market was also utilised by the company. This was a successful project done on my own initiative.
I have also worked as Jr. Executive Marketing in Geo & Nobi an event management agency in Chennai, India. Sponsorship marketing was my major role along with identifying potential clients and communicating with them for sponsoring events.  
I have also worked as a Corporate PR  in Weber Shandwick / Corporate Voice, Mumbai for 6months, handling various clients like SKF, IIT's etc. Weber shandwick is a Public Relations firm with worldwide presence in 32 countries.
I have ventured every option in the Social media platform, with all my clients and have excelled in most of them. I have explored and maintained Twitter campaigns, Facebook Fan pages, Group discussion maintenance and analytical reporting tools (Google analytics).   
Having 1year experience as Jr. Executive Marketing in India; 4months experience as Marketing Assistant in UK; 1 year in UK of intense learning in mastering Business Development and 5years Masters Degree in Electronic Media in India, I want to utilize this opportunity to contribute my knowledge from my experience in India and UK.
