WORK EXPERIENCE

July ’05 - Present       Web Based I-Loan Application For CITI-Financial

This System enables CITI-Financial user to Apply for the Loan. Its a very large Web based Application running on 3 countries Web Servers (Indonesia,Thailand and India) and it consist of various sub applications like I-Sell which helps Sales Representative to schedule their plan. I-Catch which helps to follow up Delinquents customers. I-Loan which helps to Apply new Loans. I-Batch which helps to process scheduled Post Dated Cheques for Pre Bank Presentation and Post Bank Processing. I-Analyze which is actually OLAP(Online Analytical Application) based Application and generates various reports which helps in Management Decisions and many more.  

Responsibilities are:

·           Acting as the first point of contact for the CA(Charges Automation) Module, If any change required in this module I will do the analysis part with team mates of this Change Request and also I will do feasibility.

·           As part of Development Team, Taking full responsibility of designing and developing UI(User Interface) Screens.

·           Writing ASP .NET code to build UI Screens.

·           Writing complex SQL query as per user requirement also optimizing the query to improve the performance of the system.

·           Expert in a Module called CA(Charges Automation), which is the nucleus of project.

·           Interacting with user, if they are facing any problem and provide solution to them.

·           Written some help manuals of the system to give training to new user, who is not familiar with the system.

D.O.P.M. is a part of CBEC (Central Board Of Custom & Excise) and deals with transfer policy of officers under Custom and Excise. Before implementation of s/w  all works were carried out manually and there was a lots of problem relating  in maintaining data about officers and generating various reports. As reports were generated manually, works were time taken and error prone. After implementing s/w solution there is accurate results in short time. It also maintains data about all officers under custom & excise. The commissioner can see the history details of particular employee on his desk.

·        Project Management Monitoring System (PMMS)

P.M.U. (Project Monitoring Unit) of Deptt. Of Economic affairs, Ministry Of finance Monitors the over all progress in implementation of external aided projects (EAPs). Those projects come under various sector like agriculture, Energy, Health, Infrastructure, Urban Development etc. and are spread over the country across states. External aids comes to Govt. Of India from International Organizations like World Bank, Asian Development Bank etc. or from foreign countries.

In this system Project Manages has permission to enter monthly data regarding project progress and other parameters. PMU generates various reports based on data.

·        Automation of Commissioner Appeal (Custom & Excise) Pendency Entry

Commissioner Appeal under custom & excise are said to maintain quarterly report about cases viz. Cases dispose, cases pending, cases over 1 year, cases below 1 year and send it to chief commissioner. On the basis of his/her performance appraisal are generated on the behalf of chief commissioner. Before implementing of s/w solution there were a lots of problems like maintaining quarterly data. Appraisals and reminders were sent by either courier or postal services. In this  s/w  solution every commissioner appeal was given a password and username for maintaining privacy and security and every commissioner appeal can enter only own data by using username and password. Each chief commissioner can monitor data about commissioner appear under his/her zone. Only system administrator has authority to create new users and can generate various reports and on the basis of performance he/she send appraisal and reminder by email.
