A graduate in English (Hons.) and a postgraduate (Masters) in Mass Communication, I am looking for professional experience in the area of Advertising, Documentary Film Making and Public Relations.

Being a student of mass communication I have particularly enjoyed and truly appreciated Advertising as an area, which brings with it a huge degree of creativity and responsibility.  Responsibility - to truthfully and insightfully inform the target population about the virtues of different products, services and companies, so that they make more informed decisions.

Having been adept at acting (on Television), active reading and singing, I feel that I have developed a pleasing and friendly personality. In that background I now feel confident to apply my learning and actively work in any result-oriented and challenging environment.

My other personal strengths include sharp comprehension of complex issues, absolute integrity and capacity to work hard on 24x7 pattern - if the situation so demands. Punctuality and adherence to deadlines have always been qualities that I have been admired for by my teachers, guides and peers.

  • Am an approved artiste for Doordarshan and have worked for TV serials/ Film (Kahkahon ki Duniya, Agla Panna etc.)
  • As an intern with Interads Pvt Limited I made fair contributions to a few live and successful advertising campaigns.
  • Worked as an assistant Production Controller for a TV Production House.
  • Have won various awards in intra and inter college music events for singing
  • Received Certificate for Highest Score in Political Science over two years during Junior College
  • Was awarded Certificate for Highest Score in General English in Senior College
  • Awarded as the group with the best case study in Amity – four times
  • Directed an eight minute documentary film on the right to livelihood of Eunuchs in Delhi entitled ‘Third Dimension – When God Wronged’
  • Directed and Produced two 30 - second public service announcements on promoting the use of condoms among youth.
  • Worked for Help Age Society as a Volunteer
