Ø Vehicle
Sales and Monitoring System : This product was developed as a client-server
application, which covers Pre-sales activities like Market research, Quotation
Preparation, Quotation follow-ups, Customer feedback Entries. Purchase
activities like Purchase order generation, Vehicle Inward Note Generation,
Order booking, Receipt and Invoicing. Based on the transaction various reports generated like Areawise,
Repwise, Vehiclewise, Modelwise Sales Summary, Pending Customer Orders, Vehicle
Stock Position, Paid stock vehicle details etc.
Ø Workshop Management System : This
system was developed to monitor the workshop activities and profitability. It
has an interface to configure the Service details, Warranty details, Operation
and Cost Master, accounts Parameter setting, Job Card Entry, Estimation for
jobs, Labour Entry, Parts Issue Entry, Workshop Billing, Warranty Claim
preparation, Free Service Claim Preparation. Based on the transactions various
reports are generated like Workshop Turnover summary, Profitability statement,
Labour Efficiency report, Outside Labour profitability statement, Pending
Jobcard Statement, Labour summary, Free service summary, Parts issue register,
Margin analysis statement etc.
Ø Financial Accounting System: The system has an
interface to configure the basic accounting features such as accounts, groups,
bank, user, customer, supplier, privileges, etc. Using the configuration, the
basic accounting transactions are captured through vouchers. Based on
transaction between accounts there are a variety of reports generated like Day
books, bank Book, General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Receivables, Trial
Balance, Balance Sheet, Cash Flows, Profit and Loss, making Bank
reconciliation, etc.
Ø Spares Management System : This
system was developed to monitor the Spare purchase, sales, workshop issues and
profitability. It has an interface to configure the Item Master, Purchase
Master, Sales Master, Item Groups, Accounts Parameter setting, Purchase order,
Quotation, Purchase, Purchase return, Sales, Sales return, Workshop issues,
issue returns. Based on the transactions variety of reports are generated like
Inventory position, Agewise Stock Reports, Dead Stock reports, purchase and
sales Summary reports. Stock was calculated based on Weighted Average Method.

Ø Factory
Automation System: This project is developed for a
Retreading company which has 8 branch across Tamilnadu. This application
developed to stream line their entire operations and integrate all their
business processes with a defined workflow. The enterprise solution aims to
automate and implement the business rules involved in Sales order, Production,
Stores, Accounts. A variety of extensive MIS and EIS reports are available in
the system for monitoring and tracking and information gathering in addition to
email notifications. The application is configurable by an administrative
interface, which allows the admin to give privileges to users, create masters
and define independent workflows for each department.

any given time. This application allows employees to put in requisitions for
services ranging from leave applications to capital expenditures. The form is then forwarded through the
appropriate hierarchy as decided by the management with intimations being
passes to the originator regarding the status of the requisition.
