Brief
Desc : Online Merchant Services is a merchant facing application. It
facilitates merchants with online account statements, view transactions,
settling payments, etc. It also provides
an interface between merchant and Amex for settling disputes online. This
application was originally deployed on WAS 3.5.
During this project, application was redesigned and rewritten to be deployed
on WAS 5.0 while improving performance, scalability, maintainability of the
application at the same time. I have significantly contributed in deciding the
new application architecture with suitable design patterns implementation and
leading disputes module towards successful completion.

merchant’s category, charge volume and strategic importance. Scope of this was

project, I learnt and executed all QMS processes followed by IBM. I also mentored a new resource in technical
as well as organizational aspects.

Desc : During this project Online Merchant Services application was enhanced
with two features, namely “Chain Access” and “Date Restriction”. “Chain Access” feature allows merchant to
view statements for other merchants under his chain. I worked mainly on JSPs and a few java
components during this project.

August, 2004 , after joining IBM as a campus recruit. This program constituted of various modules,
