Title:MOSFET Based single phase PWM
inverter
Abstract:
PWM Inverter is superior to
square wave inverter from the point of harmonics and is implemented using
transistors as a switching element. PWM inverter is implemented using MOSFET as
a switching device .The system has reduced size and weight . The supply is
through a Bridge rectifier. The control logic generates switching commands for
the power circuit and is driven from high voltage device.

Data acquisition system is collection of input data in digital form.
Analog signals in the range of (0-5)V are given to ADC.Digital outputs are
stored in SRAM through 8051 microcontroller. When SRAM is full, datas are
