Project Description


                    Treasure is a accounting Package that incorporates a complete set of the most commonly used accounting and accounting-related tools and features including  Accounts Payable , Accounts Receivable and  Inventory.  Finance module effectively facilitates voucher entries, Chart of Accounts,Cash book, Day book, Trial Balance, multiple formats of Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss statements for one company.  Consolidation of all branches is available along with the selection for individual branch.

                    Business module includes Purchase entry/ Sales entry screens, Stock management, Purchase/Sales Tax Registers and various analysis screens.  Treasure supports Multi user concepts and the Number of users is unlimited.  It also supports User level security and Database Backup facility.

 

Roles and Responsibilities


·        Masters
Designed the various master screens that are used to enter the basic information of the company, finance and business into the database.  Various setting screens have been designed that are used to implement the finance and business policies.


·        Transactions

Designed the various transactions screens that are used to enter the transaction information into the database, modify and viewing the existing records which are used to implement the finance and business logic.

·        Reports 

Involved in creating reports for the various finance and business transactions screens using Spreads, Crystal Reports.  All the reports can be exported into text files, Excel files and Word documents also.
