Grasim Industries Ltd.)

Project Brief:
For the increase in V.S.F production, ADITYA BIRLA GROUP laid down the
foundation of a unit called “Birla
Cellulosic”. The primary task for this unit was to redefine the
Cellulosic fiber for its cost, quality & its application. Here employing
about 680 people among of them 250 staff & 430 technicians are working in
the unit.
It was the study project of whole plant, mainly
its technical side like unit’s own EPABX, its main Distributed Control
System, PLCs, SCADA, etc. Also I went to the process side, which is the
combination of Instrumentation engg, Mechanical engg, Chemical engg and
Electrical engg. Also company wanted the project report that includes all
their main departments like Viscose, Energy Centre, E&I, IT, CS2/Acid,
Auxiliary etc,.

to sense and count heart beats within the duration of 1 minute. Useful in
informing the beating rate of heart hence useful in diagnosis of heart
problem using a piezo sensor in this particular case. By extending this
