Mindsourcing is the careers website where employers, placement agencies and job seekers can exchange information, quickly, effectively and inexpensively. Through this portal one can advertise for a job, search for a job, browse through resumes, or apply for the job.

The main objective of this project specified at client’s point of view is to find the various vacancies available with the different companies. Job-seekers and recruiters are the two types of users who can avail the services from this site. For these services the user or recruiter has to get registered on the site avail before he needs to apply for a job or to post a job. The job seekers only can apply for a job and the recruiter only can post a job. This project contains several sub modules that will allow completing it rapidly and giving an opportunity to expand on the design once it is completed. Different modules in this project is  User Registration, Category Information, Search jobs through this the user can search jobs by entering some keywords, location, functional area, and search by ad-id facilitates user to apply for the specific job, and to see all the jobs which category they want. This Site Developed in Client server Application.
Involved in Developing UI using JSP.
Developed system to maintain backend operations.
2. E-Auto Market

           This is designed to Online sells and purchase of second hand four wheeler vehicles, Seller has to register his name, He has to submit all the details of selling vehicle and he has to select a broker from the registered brokers, Brokers are those works has a interface between seller and buyer, he has register his person details and has to enquire all the seller and get details of the vehicle from RTA Office. Broker has to confirm the vehicle to sell. The vehicles that are confirmed by the brokers are visible to the buyers then the transaction deal will be done between seller and buyer.
 
Involved in Developing WebPages using Servlets, JSP.
Involved in testing and debugging of project.
 
 
3. Reliance Banking.

Client                     : Reliance Credit Union, USA.
Environment             : JAVA, Servlets, JSP, oracle, Windows.
Role                        : Developer
Accounts Management System allows open an account, deposits, issue chequebook, withdrawals, update credit limits, statement of account and closing an account. It has multiple accounts, savings account with out chequebook and checking account with chequebook, overdraft account in which negative balance is allowed. The customers of the bank are broadly classified into two categories. They are individual customers are entitled to only savings account and checking account, and corporate customers are entitled to checking and overdraft account. In this all forms and reports developed in JSP.  
Developed WebPages using JSP and servlets.
Run various test scripts to validate the code.
