  1. Audio-visual awareness generation campaign for Uttaranchal Health System Development Project on ‘community mobilization against female foeticide’ and ‘benefits of breast feeding to babies’ in selected districts of Uttaranchal for three months consecutively during 2004-05.
  2. Audio-visual publicity (awareness & education) for Rotary International on ‘Pulse Polio Eradication’ in high-risk areas of India for 5 consecutive years, from 2000 to 2005 (still going on).
  3. Educational workshops on temporary Family Planning (child spacing) methods for SIFPSA (USAID & Govt. of UP programme), to impart education to grassroot level health service providers.
  4. Educational & awareness generation campaign on behalf of UNICEF in Murshidabad district of West Bengal on various health hazards arising from use of Arsenic contaminated water (2000).
  5. Awareness generation campaign of two insurance schemes (Rajrajeshwari & Bhageshwari) from General Insurance Company (GIC) meant for empowerment of rural women & girls, with special emphasis on roping women self-help-groups (SHG) and administrative bodies at Panchayat level (1998).

  1. Rural Consumer Behavior & usage pattern w.r.t. tea consumption, for two tea brands of HLL (formerly BBLIL) – Taaza & A1 (1997).
  2. Acceptability & anticipation of rural people w.r.t. then newly introduced insurance schemes, for General Insurance Co. (1998).
  3. Survey on Farmers buying habits & preferences w.r.t Tractor & related mechanical agri-inputs in the selected region of Punjab & Haryana for Mahindra Tracor (1998-99).
  4. Survey on Farmers buying habits & preferences w.r.t Pesticides & Herbicides in the selected region of Punjab, Haryana & Uttar Pradesh for Monsanto India Limited (1999-2000).
  5. Survey on market demand, sales channel & after sales factors for Cummins’ High-end Generator (2000-01).

  1. Countrywide demo based publicity of USHA range of home Appliances through customized mobile outlet.
  2. Road show for CUMMINS heavy-duty noiseless generator (for industrial & large organization purpose) through open display float (a customized LCV on which the product was mounted).
  3. Mobile display van based publicity of BAJAJ AUTO for their various ranges of two wheelers (bikes: Boxer, Pulsar, CT100, Wind125; scooter: Chetak 4stroke) in MP, Chhattisgarh, Haryana & Delhi since last three years.

Self is fortunate to have worked upon many brands for their rural marketing & outdoor advertising initiatives. I have association with many brands from diverse industries, be it FMCG, white goods, pharma, agricultural sector, government, social & developmental sector, etc. In short, my professional experience with respect to rural marketing / BTL advertising can be presented this way. In my job tenure in present organization, I have worked for some reputed brands of India (top 10 brands; those were rated in two well regarded surveys - A&M Top Brands survey, 2002 and, TOI - Brand Equity Survey of ‘India’s Most Trusted Brands, 2002) on various promotional projects till date.

The prominent brands for which I have worked include Colgate, Bata, Dettol, Pepsi, Britannia, Dabur & Thums Up, etc. to name a few. A major professional achievement is - I have association with around 25 brands out of 101 brands who are in the league of “Super Brands of India 2003-05”.

Associated with over 250 promotional campaigns. Contributed at various stages from their conceptualization to execution and post-campaign analysis. Executed many campaign for who’s-who of corporate world (ranging from FMCG to concepts). Looks after other key activities like route planning, research assignments and support services, etc.
