Relationship
Management system is a workflow application for the treasury services of the
bank. The application manages the complete workflow of the Treasury services
starting from the customer interaction by the sales to the implementation of
the product and service to a specific customer. Bank provides varied services
ranging from the payable, receivable to the investment, fraud and risk
solutions. All these services provide the customer to think of his line of
business and helps in the reduction of the cost in terms of maintaining of
the accounts.
Relationship
Management application is a critical application to the bank as the complete
workflow is dependent on this application. The user group of this application
includes the sales, implementation and the product operators.
Based
on the User type and the application is divided into 5 modules:
Sales
Module, Product Module, Business Bankers Communications Module, Electronic
Cash Management Module and the system Administration Module. The entire
workflow is managed by the tight emailing functionality in built into the
system. Several batch scripts are also written to help the system to get
information from and to the other applications.
The
application is developed in J2EE technologies as the user base is spread
across the country. The application has specifically 1000 users and 200
concurrent users. The Internationalization and localization of the
application is not required as the application is built country specific.

This tool is used whenever an employee leaves the bank. This tool is useful
to update and assign the entire customer and product base from one employee
to the other.

is a very useful tool as this application will assign all the customer a
particular person is holding from the RMS tables, Deal Analysis, Account
Analysis, Decision Support tools and relates the customer and the higher and
lower authorities for the other mentioned user.
This
is a very handy tool for the Data support team of the bank.

basic function of this system is to make available the tender documents
online to the customers and download the tender application form. Daily many
tenders will be released, and the new tenders are updated so that the
