Daily Activities:

Ø  Perform EZ-SUITE invoice processing for PO invoices and Non PO invoices
Ø  Ensure proper Accounting and Controls are performed for processing activity.
Ø  Partner with US SSL operations by communicating high level customer issues and working together toward a resolution.
Ø  Participate in the promotion of a work environment among the staff members, which will encourage timely processing.
Ø  Ensuring that the ICC accounts are in good standing and that all items are cleared timely.
Ø  Ensuring that the billing request have the proper authorizations in accordance with the Delegation of Authority Policy.
Ø  Partnering with US SSL operations, identify and implement process improvements and best practice initiatives.
Ø  Preparing of reports of Aging at the month end.
