Project Details : VTS - Automation provided the
synchronization of the Production of different variants of vehicle engines in
accordance with PPC (Production Planning Commission). The automation of this
project helped to make the current status of engines to be viewed online at
anytime by the top-level management. Automated Checks were placed at different
passing points during the assembling of engine parts on conveyer belt in an
engine workshop. It resulted in the increase in quality of product by reducing
the manpower. Faults in the assembling of parts of engines were at once noticed
so that proper action could be taken on time
