# Reverse Engineering- Hydraulic Turbine Governor Assembly

Description

             Input given was a century old, 3.5 feet tall, hydraulic turbine governor assembly. The entire assembly was dissembled and each of its components was measured for all its dimensions and accuracy using CMM and manual measuring instruments. From the dimensional details, 3d models of each component were generated. A few components, which were worn out beyond the scope of measurement were redesigned, 3D models created and optimized before all components went into assembly. The deliverables included 2D mfg part drawings, assembly drawings and BOM. My contribution is to convert the 2D drawing into 3D model and generate drawings for that component
# Exhaust Manifold

Description
             This component is used in automobile engines to throw out the exhaust gases from the engine to the atmosphere. We have got the 2D drawings of this component and we have done some modifications to that drawing as per the client requirements. We generated 3D models from the dimensional details. My contribution is to convert the 2D drawing into 3D model and generate drawings for that component.

# Injection Moulding proto tool- Modeling and detailing

Description

             The plastic component had weak areas at which the components used to tear off from its mating component. FE analysis and design optimization were carried out on the component and tested for functionality after which the injection moulding proto-tool was conceptualized and designed from the sample component and the component drawing. 3D model of the component was created and then 3D model of the tool was created using detailed drawings of the toll to check for any clash and dimensional accuracies. From details extracted through the 3D model, tool was perfected in all aspects required for manufacturing and production of components.

Description
             This component is used to mount the compressors. We have got the 2D Drawings of this component and we have done some modifications to those drawings as per the client requirements.             This Assembly contains Back cover, Front Cover, Bush Retainer, Spherical Bush, Condencer Housing, Gear Box Cover, Link, Media main Shaft, Pivot Pin, Rotor Sub Assembly, Spur Gear, Spur Gear Shaft Media, Worm Wheel.
            Models of all Components are developed and assembled.
            Assembly Drawing and Detail Drawings of each Component are developed.
