EDUSAT satellite (GSAT-3) have forward link through Digital Video Broadcasting
(DVB) and return link through MF-TDMA Technology by MPEG or ATM stream.
Duration: 7th June 2004 to 31st
March 2005.

to Satellite (insat 3C, 3B, 3A, GE1A), Parameter tuning and ranging.
Fine-tuning with main HUB, etc.
