Description	:   The Consolidated Call List (CCL) application helps to find the responsible personnel on duty to attend trouble calls related to a system, job or a node in the Information System (IS) setup at Liberty Mutual (LM). CCL helps consolidate all the call lists across various systems by storing them in a web accessible database. The application facilitates mapping of the entire IS setup at LM by storing and maintaining the information of various systems, support groups, nodes, jobs, products, and their vendors. Role based permissions are implemented in CCL to enforce fine-grained access to specified application features. Personnel responsible for attending various types of trouble calls are assigned through appropriate roster calendars. CCL facilitates the administrator to generate and print a set of reports on the system inventory or the call lists. It is also possible to perform an extensive search on the CCL database by user name, job, system, node, product, vendor, or support group to find appropriate information quickly.
