Project Description
The main aim of the HVAC
is controlling the temperature (maintaining constant temperature) despite changes in
surrounding atmosphere. The heart of this circuit is AT89C51 Microcontroller.
All operations regarding this circuit are done by this microcontroller.
The main components in
this circuit are: RT1307 (Real Time Clock), EPROM, Fan & Heater.
Initially the temperature
can be set using the switches of the clock circuit. We can see temperature set
on LCD display. If the room temperature is larger than the required
temperature, then the fan will be switched ON automatically otherwise heater
will be switched ON. The main application of this project is in the Intensive
Care Units in order to maintain constant temperature.
