team of 10 Business Analysts responsible for requirements analysis for the
Dotcom/Advanced Services/Engineering domain. This domain includes all aspects
of development for Directv.com as well as delivery of new products and services
to the home via new hardware and new set-top box capabilities. Examples include:

effort to bring a major new feature to the site for sellers – the Seller
Dashboard. Seller Dashboard gives sellers an up-to-the-minute, at-a-glance
update of their status and ranking so they can continually improve their
ability to reach buyers via search results. This project alone accounted for
approximately 700 developer days and $1.2M in developer headcount budget, and
involved 50 team members from many functional areas – development, operations,
user experience, visual design, interaction design, product management, QA etc.

internal, contract, and outsource teams from concept phase to release.
