Release Strategy and Communication Management,  CA BIO Regional Application Delivery
·         Successfully executed the NCAL BIO RDM Strategy according to the NCAL BIO Release Quality and Communication MYP. Created a new platform (CA Outage Aggregation Calendar) to enable communication transparency for business and IT to more effectively coordinate change activities and provide business with real-time access to any existing outage, or Remedy-based data.
Interim Director, Project Management Office (PMO), NCAL BIO Regional Application Delivery
·         Took on interim responsibility for the NCAL BIO PMO and successfully started common PMO transformation process to remove historical barriers between merged KPHC and NCAL Investment teams, created a unified work force, and improved staffing flexibility, cross training opportunities and consistency in Project Management practices.
