§ Led a team in
creating a Clinical Decision Support System designed to consume user created
rules that could be applied to multiple parts of a patient's clinical data
and alert a doctor with messages when action was required. Executed the
planning, analysis, design, and implementation of the project.
§ My responsibilities
include investigating and fixing performance and showstopper issues found
during testing and beta releases with very short turnarounds. This includes
crash debugging, SQL Profiler and SQL performance tuning, as well as
application performance analysis and repair.
§ Led a team
that revamped a critical component of the Clinical system that allows doctors
to configure the diagnoses, procedures, and results in their system. This
allowed for better performance, ease of use, and lowered on site configuration
problems.
§ Designed,
coded, and integrated a new Patient Search control that uses free text input
to search a practices entire database quickly and efficiently. This was done
in C# .NET and used Linq to SQL queries to retrieve sorted patient data.

well as touch screens, barcode readers, and weight scales.

SGV System simulations using the Automod 11.0 Simulation Software Package
including newspaper plants, automotive plants, and other material handling
applications. Simulations included
programming the model, running the scenario, retrieving and analyzing data,
and doing Simulation Result Reports.
