Project Description      

    

This vehicle tracking system is tracking unit, which identifies the location of the vehicle, and transmits the information in to the GSM network.

        Vehicle(hard ware unit called VAMP is fixed in to the vehicle) automatically sends an alert to control center when ever it has hijacked or towing or anything happens like that. In case of Hijack alert, control center verifies for genuine alert using SMS or by making call to the owner. After confirming the control center request the vehicle unit to send Cell-IDs continuously.  Cell-ID converter adds a latitude and longitude positions and sends it to Infinite control center. Then Control center sends this information to the Vehicle owner and it provides graphical view of the car moving with the use of those latitude and longitude positions.

          In case of other alerts the control center gives the alert information to the vehicle owner by SMS or by making call.
