a)    General Manager- Landlords World Inc, Vancouver, Canada (1994-1997).  Headed this company for nearly 2 years as ‘ Profit Centre Head’ Company dealt with Air Freight and Construction. Returned to India as Vice President-Indo Canadian Airways and set up the company from scratch. Company ceased operations due to Political compulsions. Handled the following

Formulated all SOPs and handbooks on HR and employee conduct, as it was a newly set up enterprise. Maintained excellent liaison with all officials of state and central Govt.
